this unconventional card – a poem
“I searched for a professional,
wanting to give my hand;
To any with the health to to heal,
Or heart to understand.
My search was of short duration,
So glad I was sent this way,
To you with your special talent;
For erasing distrust and dismay.
Sometimes words may go unspoken,
For I have often had a blue mood.
But Dave, I want to tell you this;
For you, I feel much gratitude.
So, my special dentist friend
Without any further adieu,
I present this unconventional card;
My legacy to you!”
